Hi, I’m Jody, the artist behind Jody Panico Studio.

I’ve always believed that PMU isn’t just about enhancing beauty—it’s about boosting confidence. From the first time I picked up a brush, I was hooked. I was fascinated by the way a little bit of creativity could completely transform how someone felt about themselves. But it wasn’t until I discovered permanent makeup that I realized I had found my true calling.

My story began in the beauty industry back when I was still in school. Truth be told, I didn’t exactly ace my exams. The only subject I really excelled in was art. But as fate would have it, my love for creativity led me into a career in beauty. I enrolled in an intensive hairdressing course in London, but soon realized that the fast-paced, high-energy salon environment wasn’t my thing. I craved something calmer, more personal—where I could connect one-on-one with clients and really see the difference I was making in their lives.

That’s when I found my true passion: brows and permanent makeup. I started working in beauty salons, attending day clinics, and eventually settled into a London-based clinic where I honed my skills over the next nine years as an artist but also as an educator and trainer. But motherhood changed everything. After having my children, I took a leap of faith and went self-employed. That’s when I decided to open my own clinic. In 2023, I opened Jody Panico Studio, in Potton. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gathered from my years in London and beyond, I wanted to create a space where every client feels pampered, listened to, and transformed while providing the best in permanent makeup and brow artistry, offering services that make a lasting impact.

I’ve always been a firm believer in learning and growing, and becoming an expert in my craft is something of the utmost importance to me, so I’ve taken multiple courses and attended a range of masterclasses from top PMU experts around the world to perfect my skills not only for my clients, but for my students too. With over a decade of experience and a constant drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends, I’ve had the privilege of working with women from all corners of the globe, helping them achieve their dream brows and lips and helping students create a career they can truly thrive in.

One of my favourite parts of what I do is seeing my clients’ faces light up when they see their new brows or lips for the first time. The transformation isn’t just physical—it’s emotional. It’s the confidence boost that comes with waking up and feeling your best, every day. That’s the magic of permanent makeup: it’s about creating beauty that lasts, so you can feel amazing all the time.

But my passion doesn’t stop at creating beautiful brows and lips for my clients—I’m equally dedicated to helping other brow and PMU artists reach their full potential. As a trainer and mentor, I’m committed to sharing the skills, knowledge, and techniques that have helped me build a successful career. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your craft, I’m here to guide you through the process with personalized, hands-on training that’s rooted in real-world experience. I firmly believe that the right mentorship can elevate your artistry and your business, and I’m here to ensure that you’re equipped with everything you need to thrive in this incredible industry.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me spending time by the sea (my happy place), or at home with my family. I’m a Leo, half Italian, and a firm believer in the power of manifestation. I love the idea that the universe brings us exactly what we need when we align ourselves with our purpose. For me, that purpose is clear: to create beauty, confidence, and empowerment, one brow (and lip!) at a time.
